ET frontal/surface wind evolution observed by QuikSCAT :  Will combine with Hurricane force warm seclusion climatology.

Warm Seclusion Sensitivity to Incipient Vortex

This work, while incomplete, addressed the question of the importance of the type (tropical vs. extratropical) of the vortex 
requisite for warm seclusion development.   A climatology of such events will help answer this question.
