My research interests broadly encompass climate and ocean modelling, decadal climate variability and predictability, and the impact of climate on freshwater resources. My PhD aimed at assessing the predictability of decadal fluctuations in the Atlantic-European region by investigating processes that drive the multidecadal variability of the Atlantic meridional overturning circulation. I am now working on NCOM and HYCOM model validation for the Gulf of Mexico.
